Sale Policy
ShalkarArt Auctions — Policy on Authenticity & SalesScope
This policy applies to all Vintage, Estate, Pre-Owned, and Designer jewelry, clothing, and accessories offered by ShalkarArt Auctions. These items are not manufactured by us but are acquired from wholesalers, vintage dealers, estate auctions, private collections, and trusted industry sources.
Authentication & Due Diligence
  • Every item is examined by our expert team, drawing on years of experience in the secondary market.
  • We verify provenance, condition, and origin via trusted records and references before listing.
  • Listed items have passed our due diligence process.
⚠️ Because the pre-owned market includes replicas, modifications, and copies, no absolute guarantee of authenticitycan be made. We provide detailed descriptions, high-resolution photographs, and videos to empower buyers to evaluate the item themselves.
Verification & Documentation
  • Jewelry is compared against archives from notable houses (current and discontinued) to confirm craftsmanship and design.
  • Clothes & accessories are assessed by provenance, brand traits, and condition.
  • We issue documentation only for aspects we can verify (metal purity, gemstone weight, measurements).
Full Disclosure & Sales Terms
  • All items are sold “AS IS” and are excluded from any return policy, unless specified otherwise.
  • Descriptions are regarded as expert opinions—not warranties or guarantees.
  • Buyers must review all images, descriptions, and media before purchasing.
Binding Terms & Dispute Waiver
By completing a purchase through ShalkarArt Auctions (via website, email, phone, or in-person), the Buyer agrees:
  • The transaction is a binding, enforceable contract.
  • The Buyer waives the right to initiate chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with payment providers.
  • All sales are final, based on listed descriptions and media.
  • ShalkarArt Auctions reserves the right to use purchase records, terms, and evidence to defend against claims.
  • These terms are binding and admissible in arbitration, mediation, or court proceedings.
